Robert Wood received his Ph.D. from the University of Oxford.  His research field is the application of magnetic resonance (including EPR, ENDOR, and optically detected magnetic resonance in the visible and UV) to structural studies of condensed matter.  He is now a full time educator in the department, and is heavily involved with undergraduate and pre-med education.  He is the Administrator of the Research Experience for Undergraduates program.
